Four Ways Dancing Makes You Happier
انسانی جسم رقص کے لیے سخت ہے، جس سے یہ وضاحت ہو سکتی ہے کہ یہ ہماری صحت، خوشی اور رشتوں کے لیے اتنا اچھا کیوں ہے۔
Are you a dancer while some of us say a vague “No!” On that question, we were all dancers at some point. In fact, as a three-week-old baby, you’ve already started synchronizing your movements to the beat of any music. And even if you now identify as a two-left-footed klutz, I bet you’ll have trouble staying completely still when you hear your favorite tune.

Dance makes us feel good
More than a decade ago, two local government organizations in Lincolnshire, UK partnered to create a program called Dance4Life to promote community health and wellbeing. Eventually, they established more than 30 dance classes that attracted nearly 2,000 people.
As part of the program, researchers surveyed 330 people after taking dance classes for about 8-10 weeks. The majority of participants agreed that the program helped them improve their health and energy and make new friends. Many of them appreciate that dance can help them express themselves creatively and stay fit and healthy.
But it seems that the benefits of dancing go far beyond the benefits of exercise. For example, in a 2004 study, students spent 90 minutes doing African dance, practicing hatha yoga, or listening to a biology lecture. On a pre- and post-survey basis, both yoga and dance helped reduce their stress and negative emotions. But dancing also increased the students’ positive emotions, while yoga had no effect (and learning about biology decreased people’s positive emotions).
A study of 133 college students in the 1980s found similar results. Here, a dance class session provided students with more fitness than a sports class (kayaking, fencing, or basketball) or a regular academic class such as biology or literature. Dance made students feel especially creative, intelligent, healthy, energetic and energetic. Compared to practicing sports, dance students also feel more confident, relaxed, motivated and excited.

“Dance automatically gives me more power in all areas of life. I feel my freedom and autonomy as well as creativity and security and am grateful for a strong life, love and all of existence,” says the frailty and Without anyone. Loving yourself is a decision,” said a 25-year-old woman in another study.
There are two things in dance that exercise usually doesn’t: music and (often) a dance partner. But what if people dance alone or in silence?
