Clay absorbs negative energy through our feet and provides positive energy.

We used to play barefoot in our childhood, the courtyards and streets of our houses were unpaved, so we were far away from diseases.

Soil is a great gift of nature.
Soil absorbs negative energy through our feet and provides positive energy.
And spending time in a natural environment reduces mental stress.
The bacteria present in soil are beneficial for the skin and strengthen the immune system.
This process connects a person with nature and provides spiritual peace.

In today’s era, it is far from letting children play in the soil. If a little soil gets on the clothes, the meters of mothers start getting short.
This is the reason why small children are suffering from major diseases.
We have to admit that the further away we are from nature, the more health problems will increase.

Alhamdulillah, my three children have been playing in the soil of lawns and parks etc. since childhood and never get sick. Alhamdulillah.
Here in the UAE, the children’s playground in the park has only soil instead of grass.
Because these people know How important is it for human health?

That’s an interesting perspective! The idea that clay or earth can absorb negative energy and provide positive energy is rooted in ancient traditions and holistic practices. Many cultures believe in the grounding effects of connecting with the earth, known as “earthing” or “grounding.”

Walking barefoot on natural surfaces like clay, soil, or grass is thought to help balance the body’s energy by allowing excess negative charge to be absorbed by the earth. This is based on the idea that the earth has a negative charge, which can neutralize the positive charge (free radicals) in our bodies, potentially leading to improved mood, reduced stress, and better sleep.

While there’s limited scientific evidence directly supporting the notion of clay absorbing negative energy in a metaphysical sense, grounding has been studied for its physiological benefits, such as reducing inflammation and improving circulation.

The idea that clay absorbs negative energy and provides positive energy is rooted in various cultural and holistic healing practices. Many ancient traditions, including Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine, believe that the earth (including clay, mud, and soil) has grounding properties that can help balance energy and remove toxins from the body.

Walking barefoot on natural surfaces like clay, grass, or sand—often referred to as “earthing” or “grounding”—is believed to reconnect us with the earth’s energy, helping to reduce stress, improve mood, and promote overall well-being. Scientifically, some studies suggest that direct contact with the earth may help regulate inflammation and improve sleep by balancing the body’s electrical charge.
